Pricing

Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. Space is limited. Conference fees, which include catering, materials and Continuing Medical Education credits or Certificate of Attendance, are:

On or before May 1, 2008: $195
After May 1, 2008: $275

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your registration anytime until July 2, 2008, and receive a full refund minus a $25 cancellation fee.

No refunds will be issued after July 2, 2008.
